Consultation Packages
A Design to Sell consultation is an analysis of your home in which I identify the strong points and help you magnify them so you can capitalize on them while I also identify anything that might deter a potential buyer and offer possible solutions.
Each home critique is different. I cater to what the home owner is looking for. Some homeowners are willing to put in to get the best return on their investment and are looking for guidance on where to concentrate their efforts. Others need help with editing their furniture arrangements to make rooms show and function better. I work with each homeowner based on the needs they convey and I am truly vested, in helping them get their home sold.
Standard Virtual Design To Sell Consultation: Verbal consultation with recommendations for each room. $150
What to expect:
Step 1: Introduction phone call, where we discuss your home and any specifics that you are hoping to address
Step 2: Email with instructions on how to share photos with me so I can review them.
Step 3: Video call to see space and for standard consultations. I will verbally make recommendations.
Deluxe Virtual Design To Sell Consultation: Written Report outlining recommendations for each room $350
Step 1: Introduction phone call, where we discuss your home and any specifics that you are hoping to address
Step 2: An email with instructions on how to share photos with me so I can review.
Step 3: Video call to see space and for standard consultations. I will verbally make recommendations.
Step 4: Written report of analysis and of all recommendations for each room. Providing sketches when necessary to convey design idea.
